01 About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aurora Foundry ("the Game") handles information when you play. The Game is a conveyor-sorting puzzle experience for adults aged 18 and older.

The Game works offline and does not require an account. It contains no advertising, in-app purchases, online leaderboards, or cloud saves.

02 Information we collect

We do not collect personal information through the Game. The Game does not send your gameplay information or device information to us. We do not operate user-data collection or analytics services for the Game.

In particular, the Game does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, or other third-party SDKs. It does not create user accounts or transmit gameplay data to a server.

03 Information stored on your device

To provide the Game's basic features, a small amount of gameplay information is saved locally on your device:

• your selected challenge and unlocked campaign progress;
• completion marks for challenges you have finished; and
• your comfort settings, including ambient motion and touch feedback.

This information stays in the Game's local storage on your device. It is not uploaded, synced, or shared with us. We cannot access or restore this local progress.

Progress belongs to the current installation. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data may permanently remove saved progress and settings. The Game does not keep a cloud backup.

04 Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected through the Game because the Game does not collect such information. The Game has no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not send gameplay data to external services.

Your device or app-store provider may independently process technical information in connection with your device, operating system, app installation, or app-store activity. That processing is governed by the provider's own terms and privacy policy, not by this Game.

05 Email communications

When you choose to contact us at the email address below, we will receive the email address and the information you include in your message. We use that information only to read, respond to, and handle your enquiry. Emailing us is optional and is separate from the Game's offline functionality.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

06 Data retention and deletion

We do not maintain servers or databases containing Game progress or personal information collected through gameplay. Locally saved progress remains on your device until it is removed by uninstalling the Game, clearing the Game's app data, or using device features that remove app data.

We cannot delete or recover local game data remotely because we do not have access to it. For email enquiries, we retain correspondence only as needed to handle and respond to the enquiry.

07 Children's privacy and age rating

Aurora Foundry is intended for people aged 18 and older and is not designed or directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Game.

08 Security

Gameplay information is stored locally by the Game on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including its access controls and backups.

09 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game's features or applicable requirements change. Any revised version will be published with an updated date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
